New Attorneys Join Northwest Law Office 2012 May 14: This month we are pleased to welcome Christopher Donnelly and Laura Mandell to the Northwest Law Office. Christopher is a member of the Oregon State Bar and is opening his own practice, focusing on environmental law and land use. Laura is also a new member of the Bar, and, being fluent in Spanish, is serving Gingell Immigration as an interpreter and translator.

Justin Morton leaves the Northwest Law Office 2012 May 3: The Northwest Law Office community is sad to lose Justin Morton this month. Justin accepted a job as a public defender in Pendleton, Oregon.

In this article, Jay attempts to articulate the reasoning behing recent legal attacks on women's reproductive freedom, and argues that these reasons are flawed and should not be a basis for public policy.
